Requirements

• 2-3+ years of successful call center sales experience.
• Ability to work a consistent 4x10 schedule including weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with outbound calls to warm leads.
• Strong understanding of consultative sales process.
• Competitiveness and drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to manage schedule and lead database effectively.
