Overview

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting marketing strategy development and leading campaign execution to drive increased results and revenue for DOXA corporate and business verticals.

• Develop marketing plans for assigned DOXA Verticals.
• Oversee marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
• Execute digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
• Guide the development of marketing materials such as advertisements and social media posts.

• Allocate and monitor marketing budget.

• Minimum three-five years of marketing experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed.
• Regular office schedule with 10% domestic travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Experience in BtoB marketing preferred.
• Knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and marketing software.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
