The Growth Marketing Manager will bridge the gap between the digital marketing team and technical SEO efforts, optimizing digital experiences and improving search performance to drive conversions.

• Own and execute SEO strategy including technical SEO and on-page optimizations.
• Conduct site audits to enhance organic search rankings.
• Implement A/B testing and UX improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
