Overview

We are looking for a talented, data-driven and entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Manager to join our Achieve Personal Loans team. You will drive marketing strategy and execution to test and scale Direct to consumer and Affiliate marketing channels for our personal loans business.

In Short

• Lead the development of channel growth strategies.
• Develop channel growth hypotheses to reach the right audience.
• Collaborate on strategy, planning, and execution of growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance across various marketing channels.
• Track acquisition channels against business targets/KPIs.
• Partner with the digital product team for traffic conversion.
• Support cross-sell and monetization initiatives.
• Work with data teams to deliver measurement and insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing/acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful growth marketing programs.
• Experience building and scaling growth programs across channels.
• Experience scaling a business via partners/affiliates.
• Deep understanding of marketing operations and technology.
• Hands-on with data analysis and campaign performance.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize effectively.
• A natural collaborator thriving in cross-functional environments.
