Overview

We are seeking a Senior HR Business partner to join our People & Talent team supporting teams in our US employee population. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll turn business strategy into a clear people plan and help leaders build healthy, high-performing teams.

In Short

  • Strategic partner to BU leadership: Translate business goals into people plans.
  • Lead talent reviews and succession for critical roles.
  • Leverage AI and HRIS data for decision-making.
  • Partner with Compensation on job architecture and pay cycles.
  • Represent BU needs in HRIS/IT changes.
  • Mentor junior HR team members.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws.
  • Drive change and improve adoption within teams.
  • Support internal mobility and performance management.
  • Conduct complex employee relations investigations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated influence with senior managers.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law and ER fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and people analytics.
  • Strong consulting skills and communication.
  • Experience mentoring or managing other HR professionals.
  • Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
  • 7-10+ years HR experience with 3+ years as an HRBP.
