Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides human resources consultation, support and solutions to designated regional business units or functions, managing the HR side of acquisitions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with 5+ in core HR areas.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with HR due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR principles and employment laws.
• Ability to manage change and lead through influence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
