Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a trusted strategic business advisor, mentor, and coach to leaders across operations, utilizing HR capabilities and collaborative partnerships to deliver value-added services that support the strategic objectives of the organization.

  • Serves as a strategic business advisor and mentor to leaders.

  • Requires experience in HRBP role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Must have knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining.
  • Hybrid position with time spent in skilled nursing facilities.
  • Works with senior leaders to improve business performance through people.
  • Education includes a Bachelor's Degree; HR certification preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • HR education and/or certification preferred.
  • Experience in HRBP role required.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Long-Term Care.
  • Experience in a union environment.
  • Knowledge of collective bargaining.
  • Ability to build strong union partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of labor relations required.
  • HR leadership experience may substitute for HRBP experience.
