Senior Human Resources Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will use their outstanding people skills to lead, plan, and direct our talent policies and activities. The Senior HRBP will drive employee engagement and foster a thriving culture by developing and supporting programs throughout the employee lifecycle. This role ensures that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives and talent strategy.

In Short

• Assist business leaders with retaining and developing talent.
• Drive HR programs across employee populations.
• Provide cost parameters associated with hiring and training.
• Participate in developing department goals and objectives.
• Develop and amend job descriptions with managers.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence for HR analytics.
• Monitor business and talent using KPIs.
• Administer performance evaluation programs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other HR certifications preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years in a Human Resource environment required.
• Workforce development and culture alignment experience.
• Excellent employee issue resolution and conflict management skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with senior leaders.
