Overview

Definitive Healthcare is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our People team. In this role, you’ll partner directly with the executive leadership of our Product & Engineering teams to serve as their trusted advisor to understand their business goals, capability gaps, org design needs, etc. and partner together to develop and execute a talent strategy to support these objectives.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in a HRBP role.
• Experience with SaaS Product & Engineering teams.
• Proactive problem-solving using data.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders.
• Knowledge of HR principles in organizational design.
