Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of HR experience, including 4 years in HRBP.
• Knowledge of employee relations and HR management principles.
• Experience in coaching and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player with a proactive mindset and trust-building skills.
• Resilient and adaptable to business needs.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Experience in a technology/SaaS company preferred.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Workday HRIS systems preferred.
