The Vice President, Services Sales is a senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth through the strategic execution of service offerings to enterprise customers, collaborating with executive leadership, and leading a high-performing sales team.

In Short

  • Develop and own global services sales strategy for enterprise accounts.
  • Drive services bookings through new acquisitions, expansions, and renewals.
  • Create service proposals and negotiate contracts with large accounts.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align services sales with company goals.
  • Manage sales forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Ensure scalable sales processes and introduce AI for efficiency.
  • Lead a high-performing services sales team focused on enterprise clients.
  • Build relationships with senior-level customers and prospects.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and product engineering.
  • Travel required (25%).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 15+ years in professional services and/or enterprise software.
  • 10+ years managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations.
  • Understanding of SaaS and customer success.
  • Experience selling into Life Sciences, Pharma, or Medtech is a plus.
  • Strong sales pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong command of Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
  • Ability to travel (25%).
