Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales success in a high growth company.
  • 4+ years of senior leadership experience.
  • Experience in SaaS or financial services sales.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Google Suite.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Proven track record in recruiting top talent.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven sales organization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a growing environment.
