Overview

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager at Bloomerang, you will play a critical role in scaling and optimizing the marketing engine while executing high-impact marketing campaigns. You will work at the intersection of systems, data, and campaign delivery to ensure efficiency and measurable revenue impact.

In Short

• Own and optimize the marketing automation ecosystem (Marketo and/or HubSpot).
• Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Manage marketing tech stack integrations for seamless data flow.
• Define and refine lead management processes in partnership with Revenue Operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into high-performing campaigns.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track campaign performance.
• Champion data quality and process improvements for better marketing performance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Marketing Operations experience in B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise in Marketo and/or HubSpot.
• Lead scoring and lifecycle mastery.
• Experience with marketing system integrations.
• Process builder and systems thinker.
• Self-sufficient and execution-oriented.
• Experience with enrichment and data quality tools.
