The Customer Success Manager serves as a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock the full potential of solutions and achieve their business objectives.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts in the Life Sciences sector.
  • Drive product adoption, usage, and customer engagement.
  • Support customers with onboarding and training.
  • Develop and deliver strategic business reviews.
  • Monitor data-driven health indicators and customer sentiment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Services.
  • Own standard renewal events and negotiate for revenue retention.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Capture customer feedback for internal improvement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of the High Tech industry.
  • Experience with Enterprise Software and Cloud/SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record in managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Customer Success and Sales platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • May require up to 25% travel for customer visits.
