Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience in B2B/SaaS customer success or account management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in Latvian or Russian
  • Strong time management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
