Finance Business Partner - DACH - Remote

Overview

As a Finance Business Partner at Everfield, you will be a key part of the Financial Reporting and Analysis team, working with business units in the DACH region to drive profitable growth and accountability against financial KPIs.

In Short

• Prepare monthly reporting packs for DACH business units.
• Deliver Quarterly Update Review packs to senior management.
• Plan and align final annual budgets for each business unit.
• Manage rolling forecasts for portfolio businesses.
• Interact with M&A team on acquisition modeling.
• Lead relationships with DACH business units.
• Participate in integration activities for new acquisitions.
• Support weekly sales pipeline reporting.
• Manage a team including a Regional Financial Controller.

Requirements

• Self-starter in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• University education with professional finance qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in a complex environment.
• 5+ years in Business Controlling or FP&A.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Strong communication skills in multi-language settings.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-growing technology or SaaS companies is a plus.
