Overview

The HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership teams to develop HR strategies that contribute to business success, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and supporting HR programs and initiatives.

In Short

  • Support recruiting efforts and identify skill gaps.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR business partnering, preferably in multi-entity organizations.
  • Expertise in organizational design and change management.
  • Knowledge of employee relations and German labor law.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset to drive HR strategies with data.
  • Experience in payroll management and system integration.
  • Fluent in German and English.
