HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR colleague to strengthen our team at JYSK in Schoten, who is passionate about people and energized by coaching and shaping a strong HR vision within an international setting.

In Short

• Serve as a link between HR and Retail.
• Support and advise the Retail Manager and District Managers.
• Play an active role in national and international HR projects.
• Challenge managers to get the best out of their teams.
• Spend at least one day a week on the road to support store teams.
• Bring energy to a dynamic, commercial environment.
• Switch seamlessly between strategic issues and operational actions.
• Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Have 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar HR role or as a consultant.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
