HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner to join the Otonomee team. The successful candidate will be the first HR team member in Romania and will be involved in all aspects of the business.

• Provide HR support and guidance focusing on Romanian labour law, payroll, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working in a startup/scale environment in Romania.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's preferred.
• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in developing HR policies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Fluency in English is essential.
