In Short

• Be the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and leaders, providing trusted guidance and coaching.
• Lead the design and delivery of culture and engagement programs.
• Create initiatives around recognition, feedback, and employee experience.
• Build relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted thought partner.
• Provide focused coaching to managers on effective servant leadership.
• Ensure fair and timely resolution of workplace issues.
• Manage core HR processes including performance reviews and benefit enrollment.
• Anticipate and address workforce trends to strengthen organizational health.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence decisions.
• Exceptional coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and employee data management systems.
• Passion for building culture and fostering engagement.
