• Primary point of contact for employees, managers, and leaders, providing trusted guidance and coaching.
• Lead the design and delivery of culture and engagement programs.
• Create initiatives around recognition, feedback, and employee experience.

• Build deep relationships with employees and managers.
• Provide L&D coaching to managers on servant leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for workplace issues.
• Manage performance challenge management and conflict resolution.
• Anticipate workforce trends and strengthen organizational health.
• Manage core HR processes including performance reviews and benefit enrollments.

Requirements

• Experience in HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies.
• Ability to design and implement culture programs.
• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Experience with performance management processes.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Understanding of legal guidelines in HR practices.
