People & Culture Business Partner - Remote

Overview

Solink is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This position is part of the People Operations team, which designs and operates the systems and processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience to all employees.

In Short

• Develop strong, consultative partnerships with leaders across your portfolio.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to People Leaders.
• Leverage people data and feedback for actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders on change management initiatives.
• Provide guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with the People Operations team to implement core P&C programs.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of P&C trends and best practices.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to educate leaders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience building trust-based relationships across all levels.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with a people-first approach.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stay composed in ambiguous situations.
• Learning mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
• Comfortable leading presentations and training sessions.
