Overview

Solink is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This position is part of the People Operations team, which designs and operates the systems and processes to deliver an outstanding employee experience to all employees.

  • Act as a coach and advisor to People Leaders.
  • Leverage people data for actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience building trust-based relationships.
  • Proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to stay composed in complex scenarios.
  • Learning mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
  • Comfortable leading presentations and training sessions.
