Overview

As a People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) at Flipster, you will be a strategic partner to leaders across departments and functions, aligning people strategies with evolving business direction and needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Fluency in English and Korean is required.
• Expertise in workforce planning and compensation structures.
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience in diverse environments.
