As an Event Specialist at Flipster, you will lead the planning and execution of events that elevate our brand and connection with the global crypto community.

• Maintain an up-to-date calendar of global industry events.
• Support end-to-end planning and execution of both online and offline events.
• Serve as the main point of contact during event setup and execution.
• Manage all logistical components including vendor sourcing and guest communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless event execution.
• Own and update event timelines and budgets.
• Compile post-event reports with key metrics and insights.
• Manage platforms for virtual events.
• Maintain an organized database of vendors and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or project management.
• Familiarity with event planning software and digital collaboration tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong understanding of crypto markets.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexibly during peak event times.
