Event Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Anywhere Franchise Brands Event Specialist executes a portfolio of events while working closely with and reports to a Manager, Events. This position supports the strategy, planning and delivery of experiential events for various real estate brands and industry events.

In Short

• Support the site search process and preparation of options for presentation to brand leadership.
• Support event activities for industry events including pre-planning and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with event and brand leadership to drive event strategies.
• Track and maintain detailed event budgets.
• Execute contracts for event vendors.
• Manage logistics of external vendors.
• Create and manage venue and audio-visual specifications.
• Assist with registration processes before and during events.
• Work with the Communications team to drive event attendance.
• Manage the housing process and room blocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years of industry experience.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and C-suite leadership.
• Collaborative vendor management experience.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
• High energy level and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and knowledge of Monday.com.
• Ability to travel to events four to six times a year.
