Events Specialist - Remote

Overview

Shopmonkey is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Events Specialist to execute and support the field event program, including trade shows and internal events, to grow the brand awareness and drive pipeline.

In Short

• Coordinate logistical requirements for trade shows.
• Support internal events like sales kickoffs and company summits.
• Collaborate with marketing for event promotion.
• Arrange travel and accommodation logistics.
• Ensure compliance with exhibitor standards.
• Multi-task and lead several events simultaneously.
• Travel for approximately five physical events a quarter in the U.S.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate event planning.
• Experience in event marketing and budget management.
• Desire to innovate and enhance events.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proactive in troubleshooting event challenges.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in G-Suite and project management software.
