Events Specialist - Remote

Overview

As Resolver's Event Specialist, you will support the Demand Generation Team in driving pipeline through events, trade shows and conferences, as well as coordinating webinars for all divisions of our business.

In Short

• Support event planning for in-person and virtual events.
• Identify event and sponsorship opportunities for pipeline generation.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for events.
• Work with marketing operations on event campaign setup.
• Track event performance and provide insights.
• Assist with webinars and sales follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage event budgets and timelines.
• Ensure brand alignment in event materials.
• Travel may be required for events.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in coordinating marketing events.
• Experience with B2B companies, preferably SaaS.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
• Comfortable with travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
