Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect provides technical and subject matter leadership to both our customers and Resolverites, supporting Pre-Sales, leading solutioning, and fostering learning in fellow team members.

In Short

• Provide technical leadership and support to customers and internal teams.
• Lead solutioning and requirements gathering for project success.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales to scope and quote new deals.
• Educate customers on best practices and insights.
• Develop design alternatives and produce work estimates.
• Support consultants in removing configuration bottlenecks.
• Mentor and coach team members for performance improvement.
• Participate in customer engagements and industry events.
• Contribute to the development of customer success stories.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting delivering enterprise-wide solutions.
• Deep understanding of GRC or Corporate Security.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Ability to articulate software value propositions to customers.
• Track record of effective internal collaboration.
• Aptitude for mentoring and coaching others.
