In Short

• Engage with customers to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) on Customer Success Plans.
• Build strong relationships within customer environments.
• Serve as a customer advocate to other GitLab teams.
• Maintain competency in GitLab’s market technologies.
• Educate customers on the value proposition of GitLab.
• Continuously improve professional skills.
• Run Value Stream Assessments in accounts.

Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales or information technology.
• Familiarity with modern software development and operations technologies.
• Experience with cloud computing technologies.
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Ability to use GitLab.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
