In Short

  • This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and/or Netherlands.
  • Lead initial outreach to targeted Enterprise and Mid Market accounts.
  • Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas.
  • Generate qualified meetings and pipeline for GitLab's Sales organization.
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly BDR-sourced Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) targets.
  • Research and prioritize target accounts using business and industry knowledge.
  • Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence to maximize engagement.
  • Manage and report all prospecting activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with various teams to build targeted account lists and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Proven experience taking initiative and driving projects to successful outcomes.
  • Alignment with company values.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structure.
  • Persistence in pursuing goals and learning from setbacks.
  • Passion for being part of GitLab's journey.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Previous experience in tech industry or sales development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
