• Leading complex professional services engagements for Wrike customers.
• Translating customer business requirements into workable solutions.
• Generating reference stories and leading best practice creation.
• Collaborating with product teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Ensuring smooth handoffs with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Acting as Project Manager for large-scale engagements.
• Designing and implementing API integrations with other solutions.
• Coaching customers on KPIs and analytics needs.
• Self-educating on work management methodologies.
• Coaching and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of Digital Transformation programs.
• Programming experience in Ruby/Python.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI Platforms.
• Proven presentation skills to all organizational levels.
• Experience integrating multi-vendor IT systems and using APIs.
• Project management experience with known methodologies.
• Experience managing change within adopting organizations.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.
• Great people skills.
