Overview

We are looking for a driven and passionate Sales Development Representative to join our Inside sales team at Wrike. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wrike, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, establishing relationships and identifying needs to determine qualified sales opportunities. You’ll play a critical role in building Wrike’s pipeline, driving our brand presence, and setting the stage for long-term customer success.

In Short

  • Follow up and qualify inbound marketing leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs.
  • Prepare qualification summaries for Account Executives.
  • Update CRM with prospect data and call notes.
  • Track and analyze activity and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and offerings.
  • Support marketing efforts by following up on leads.

Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to support EST working hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals.
