Overview

As we scale our people operations, we’re reimagining how our systems and data infrastructure drive efficiency, automation, and insights across Wrike. We’re looking for a Team Lead, People Systems & Analytics who can lead this evolution — developing a clear vision for how our HR systems, workflows, and analytics operate while also delivering hands-on support for day-to-day operations, workflows, automations, and reporting.

In Short

• Lead the vision and execution of HR systems infrastructure.
• Identify gaps and sources of friction within HR processes.
• Evaluate and optimize lifecycle workflows through automation.
• Build scalable people analytics strategies for workforce planning.
• Strengthen data governance practices for HR data accuracy.
• Conduct audits of key workflows to identify inefficiencies.
• Manage one HR Analyst focused on systems optimization.
• Balance operational needs with strategic roadmap execution.
• Define and track service level expectations for systems performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in HR systems and people analytics.
• Experience with platforms like UKG, Engagedly, or Greenhouse.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Ability to navigate complexity and prioritize improvements.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and comfort in multicultural settings.
