Fortis Games is seeking a People Analyst to enhance our people analytics capabilities, focusing on data infrastructure, reporting, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

In Short

Build and update people analytics dashboards.
Partner with stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
Conduct ad hoc analyses for business needs.
Support Workday technical operations.
Manage employee engagement survey program.
Ensure data quality and governance.

Requirements

5+ years in HR analytics, 2+ years in Workday.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Looker knowledge a plus.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience in building scalable dashboards.
Strong data analytics and storytelling skills.
Project management experience.
Survey design and analysis experience.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
