AlphaSense is seeking a Principal People Systems Analyst to partner with key stakeholders to design, implement, and support Workday modules, making a meaningful impact on the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Workday.
• Workday Pro certification in 3+ modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes.
• Experience in a hyper-growth company.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
• Proven expertise in translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.
