As a Data Analyst on the People Analytics team, you’ll play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across our HR and People functions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in HR.

• Understanding of HR metrics and processes.
• High attention to detail in data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
