Cleo Specialist - Career Coach - Remote

Overview

As a Cleo Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member experiences for our organization's members. Using your expertise in Career Coaching, you will support members in both 1:1 and group settings as well as consult with your colleagues on the Guide Team to provide holistic care.

In Short

• Provide accurate and clear information about Cleo’s support offerings.
• Deliver high-quality assistance through various communication channels.
• Actively listen to members' concerns and address their needs.
• Collaborate with members and other specialists to implement support plans.
• Provide empathetic support in one-on-one and group settings.
• Create educational content and resources for members.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions.
• Contribute to the improvement of support processes.
• Participate in training and development sessions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions provided.

Requirements

• Training and certification in career coaching.
• Experience in group education/support facilitation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to work 3 days a week for 5 hours each day.
• Digital health experience is a plus.
• Bi/multilingual skills are beneficial.
