Overview

As a Cleo Guide-Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional member experiences for our organization's members. You will serve as the primary point of contact for members, assisting them in navigating our services, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members.
  • Deliver high-quality assistance and support through various communication channels.
  • Actively listen to members' concerns and inquiries.
  • Guide members through complex processes and benefit utilization.
  • Develop a deep understanding of members’ unique situations.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of member support processes.
  • Commit to learning and growth specific to DEI/inclusive support.
  • Collaborate with other Cleo Guides and specialists.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Malay.
  • Experience providing support to parents, caregivers, and families.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve and think critically.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proficiency in technology such as Google Suite, Front, and Slack.
  • Strong preference for those residing in Malaysia.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
