People Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a People Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve people programs and processes. You will work with datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to key stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

• Design and generate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Produce high-quality presentations using data visualization best practices.

• Collaborate with the People Team to develop data-driven solutions.
• Identify trends and anomalies in HR data to inform strategic initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and forecasting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Protect sensitive employee information by following data security standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in operations measurement and analytics.
• Extensive data and analytical expertise.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Experience with HRIS systems, especially HiBob.
• Effective communication and influencing skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• General knowledge of HR processes.
• Ability to work with confidential data.
