• Maintain excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Excel/GSheets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a HR or People Data Analyst role.
• Experience in building data dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
