People Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Coinbase is seeking a People Data Analyst to enhance its People Analytics practices and drive data-informed decisions in the organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain self-service reporting and analytics capabilities within Looker.
• Respond to ad hoc report requests in support of BAU activities and special projects.
• Maintain and audit custom report and calculated field catalogs.
• Design and deliver complex reporting and analysis solutions.
• Collaborate with people leadership to improve data quality.
• Lead testing and analysis of new Looker features.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with data partners.
• Provide excellent customer service for report requests.

Requirements

• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Looker preferred).
• Experience with Workday reporting.
• Proven expertise in building robust data models.
• Hands-on experience querying with SQL.
• Understanding of foundational statistical concepts.
• Customer orientation with a track record of delivering results.
• Extreme attention to detail.
