Process Excellence Lead - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Process Excellence Lead to join Wayve’s Systems & Insights team, helping design and scale the operational systems that power our global Fleet Operations. This role is ideal for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) who thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and has a proven track record of driving measurable improvement in operational performance.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation of core Fleet Ops workflows.
• Drive structured improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to standardise operations and eliminate waste.
• Define and implement SLAs, SOPs, and decision matrices.
• Introduce KPIs and dashboards to track process performance.
• Partner with software teams for automation of tasks.
• Serve as a strategic partner to Ops leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement across Fleet Ops.
• 5+ years’ experience in process improvement roles.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in process improvement, operations design.
• Certified or equivalent experience in continuous improvement.
• Experience with workflow mapping and standardisation.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and interviews.
• Skilled in SQL and data analysis.
• Familiar with incident management and risk frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence across teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with tools like Confluence and Asana/Jira.
• Experience in operational product development.
