An exciting opportunity to join the Alliance as a Process Excellence Advisor III in the Operational Excellence Department, leading and consulting on process improvement engagements.

In Short

• Lead and support medium- to large-scale process improvement engagements.
• Serve as a process improvement resource and subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with organizational partners to improve processes.
• Facilitate process architecture and metrics development.
• Experienced in healthcare process improvement.
• Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar accreditation.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Evaluate complex systems and processes for performance improvement.
• Plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Engage in a hybrid work environment with remote and in-office requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and five years of process improvement experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation or similar.
• Knowledge of process improvement principles and methodologies.
• Ability to evaluate complex systems and apply policies.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying interventions.
