Overview

An exciting opportunity to join the Alliance as a Process Excellence Advisor III in the Operational Excellence Department, leading and supporting process improvement engagements.

In Short

• Lead and consult on medium- to large-scale process improvement engagements.
• Serve as a process improvement resource and subject matter expert.
• Support Business Process Management (BPM) objectives.
• Collaborate with departments to improve inefficient processes.
• Facilitate process architecture and performance measurement.
• Experienced in process improvement principles and methodologies.
• Hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar accreditation.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare process improvement.
• Ability to evaluate complex systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of process improvement experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accreditation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
