Overview

We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as an Information Security Analyst in the Information Technology Services Division.

In Short

• Perform analysis of information security practices to align with industry standards.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches.
• Create and maintain policies related to information security.
• Lead staff training on information security and breach prevention.
• Broad knowledge across information security areas in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Skilled in monitoring and responding to security incidents.
• Able to perform vulnerability assessments and recommend remediation steps.
• Effective communicator for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HIPAA, FISCAM, and security guidelines.
• Experience in penetration testing and security frameworks.
• Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of IT experience with three years in security functions.
