The Alliance is seeking a Legal Services Director to oversee its Legal Services Department, providing strategic management and legal counsel to ensure compliance and effective operations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor degree and active California State Bar license.
  • Minimum seven years of experience as a healthcare attorney.
  • Five years of management level experience.
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws and compliance regulations.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to manage contracts and legal strategies effectively.
  • Experience in risk assessment and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Experience in public entity and healthcare regulations.
