Overview

The Regional Director will oversee KIND’s U.S. field offices, ensuring excellent legal services operations nationwide and playing a critical role in ensuring unaccompanied children have high-quality legal representation.

Requirements

• Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing.
• 7+ years of experience in immigration, preferably with children.
• 5+ years of experience in managing legal staff.
• Experience in program management and performance oversight.
• Familiarity with case management systems and data analytics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Passion for advocating for immigrant children.
• Ability to work in a remote environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
