In Short

  • Responsible for growing Dane Street’s IME and Peer Review business with Law Firms.
  • Focus on new law firm acquisition and growth within existing law firms.
  • Strong network of relationships at paralegal and senior partner levels required.
  • Balance of hunting and relationship-building skills is essential.
  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments and understanding account requirements.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to cross-sell new products.
  • Document sales and account pipeline activities in Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in industry opportunities such as conferences and seminars.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of the legal industry and law firm operations.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
