Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the receipt of new cases and ensuring proper system drafting and setup, while maintaining a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Intake new cases and verify information.
  • Draft cases by entering information into the system.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal NSA regulations.
  • Assign/schedule new cases to physicians.
  • Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines.
  • Update clients on cases in progress.
  • Present exceptional communication skills.
  • Manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
  • Skills in conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Integrity and time management skills.
